Shipping policy
We ship RAABIH worldwide, carefully packed to protect every bottle in transit.
Processing Time Orders are processed and dispatched within 24–48 hours of being placed (excluding Sundays and public holidays). You'll receive a tracking link by email or SMS once your order ships.
India Shipping
- Free shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹499.
- Standard delivery: 3–7 business days, depending on your location.
- Cash on Delivery (COD) available across India.
- Save an extra 5% when you pay online (prepaid).
International Shipping We currently ship to the UAE, UK, USA, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Singapore, Hong Kong, Japan, South Korea, Malaysia and across the EU.
- Delivery: typically 7–21 business days depending on destination and customs.
- Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on destination and weight.
- Import duties and taxes (if any) are set by the destination country and are the responsibility of the customer. These are not included in the product price or shipping charge.
Tracking Every order ships with tracking. If your tracking hasn't updated for more than 5 business days, email us at sales@raabihperfumes.com and we'll look into it.
Incorrect Address Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We're not able to redirect a parcel once it has been dispatched, and re-shipping for an incorrect address may incur an additional charge.
Lost or Delayed Parcels If a parcel is significantly delayed or appears lost in transit, contact us and we'll work with the courier to resolve it or arrange a replacement.
