Franchise & Partnership Policy
Last updated: 3 July 2026. This policy is a framework for RAABIH's franchise and B2B partnership program. It is not an offer. Commercial terms are final only when set out in a signed Franchise / Partnership Agreement. Prospective partners should take independent legal and financial advice.
1. About the Program
RAABIH ("the Brand") is an Indian house of alcohol-free oil-parfum. We appoint a limited number of partners per city across two models: Retail Stockist and Exclusive Boutique. Corporate gifting and distribution partnerships are evaluated case by case.
2. Partnership Models & Indicative Commercials
All figures below are indicative ranges for discussion and vary by city, location grade, and format. Final commercials appear only in the signed agreement.
- Retail Stockist — stock RAABIH in an existing store. Indicative opening order ₹50,000–₹2,00,000; trade margin communicated in the rate card; counter display and marketing material provided.
- Exclusive Boutique — full RAABIH boutique. Indicative investment ₹10–25 Lakh+ including franchise fee, fit-out, and opening stock; city or zone exclusivity; boutique-only editions.
3. Eligibility
- Registered business (GST) or willingness to register before commencement.
- Retail or brand experience preferred; premium retail location or credible plan for one.
- Financial capacity for the chosen model without straining working capital.
- Commitment to brand standards below.
4. Territory & Exclusivity
Exclusivity, where granted, is defined in the agreement by pin-code, zone, or city, is conditional on minimum performance, and does not restrict the Brand's own website, marketplaces, or corporate-gifting sales.
5. Brand Standards
- Pricing: sell at MRP; promotions only as sanctioned by the Brand.
- Claims: only approved claims may be used — "alcohol-free", "no water, only oil", "worn up to 12 hours". No medical, therapeutic, or health claims of any kind. No comparative advertising naming other brands.
- Creative: only Brand-supplied or Brand-approved artwork, photography, and film; the RAABIH name, logo, and trade dress remain the Brand's property.
- Product integrity: no decanting, rebottling, relabelling, or sale of testers; storage away from direct sunlight and heat.
6. Supply, Payments & Returns
- Orders against advance payment or approved credit terms; GST invoicing on all supply.
- Damaged-in-transit or manufacturing-defect stock is replaced per the agreement; no returns of saleable stock except as agreed.
- The Brand may discontinue or reformulate SKUs with reasonable notice.
7. Marketing & Launch Support
The Brand provides launch marketing assets, counter displays, tester units, staff scent-training, and inclusion in brand campaigns. Local marketing by the partner requires prior written approval of creatives and channels.
8. Term, Renewal & Termination
Initial term is defined in the agreement (typically 1–3 years), renewable on mutual consent and performance. Either party may terminate for material breach with written notice and a cure period. On termination the partner ceases all use of the Brand's marks and returns or sells back unsold stock as per the agreement.
9. Confidentiality & Intellectual Property
Rate cards, formulations, supplier details, and business information shared during evaluation or partnership are confidential. All intellectual property in the RAABIH brand remains with the Brand; no rights are granted except as expressly set out in a signed agreement.
10. Enquiries & Use of Your Information
Submitting the enquiry form is an expression of interest only and creates no obligation on either side. Contact details submitted are used solely to evaluate and communicate about the partnership, consistent with our Privacy Policy, and are not sold or shared with third parties.
11. Governing Law
These terms and any agreement are governed by the laws of India; disputes are subject to arbitration and the courts specified in the signed agreement.
