Refund policy
At RAABIH, every order is checked and sealed before it leaves us. If something isn't right, we'll make it right.
Returns & Replacements We accept returns or replacements within 7 days of delivery in the following cases:
- The item arrived damaged, leaking, or defective.
- You received the wrong product or wrong variant.
- The package was missing an item from your order.
For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used perfume cannot be returned unless it falls into one of the cases above. This is standard practice for fragrance and personal-care products worldwide.
How to Request a Return Email us at sales@raabihperfumes.com (or use our Contact page) within 7 days of delivery with:
- Your order number
- A short description of the issue
- A photo or short video of the product and packaging (for damaged, wrong, or defective items)
Our team will respond within 1–2 business days with the next steps. Please do not ship anything back before we confirm.
Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days, or issued as store credit if you prefer. For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds are made via bank transfer or UPI to the account details you provide.
Cancellations Orders can be cancelled before they are dispatched. Once an order has shipped, it can no longer be cancelled but may be eligible for return under the conditions above.
Non-Returnable Items
- Opened or used products (except damaged/defective/wrong items)
- Discovery sets and samples, once opened
- Items returned without prior approval
